ReplyDeletethe sampah company probably cant cope with the continuously ever increasing number of rubbish being dumped everyday....
ReplyDeleteYeah.. I read the bulletin and the main cause is due to the early closure of the dumpsite in Sg Akar (from 11pm to 430pm) that the rubbish collectors couldn't enter the site thus left the rubbish there saja..
